What picture should I use on WOO!
Upload photos to WOO! that feature who everyone came to see: you! This is a social app after all, the best pics are in-focus, and some say a smile goes a long way here.
What should I put in my bio?
Your bio is a snapshot of who you are. If writing isn’t your thing, you can select the artist's you want to see live next or what kind of music you are into.

How do I unmatch someone?
If you’re having second thoughts about someone you High-Fived– no sweat. You can unmatch anyone, at any time. Tap the three vertical dots in your match’s profile and unmatch.
How do WOO! matches work?
To make a match, 2 members must both use the High-Five feature to like each other and pick an event to start conversation or decide later.

Is WOO! free?
WOO! can be downloaded for free in the App Store and Google Play Store. Basic features let you create a profile, use the High-Five feature to like someone, and use the Thumbs Down feature to pass. Match, chat and buy tickets.
How does WOO! work?
WOO! connects you with other solo's based on your music taste. You can also filter to gender, distance ect to find someone to go to an event with.

How do I delete my profile
To delete your profile from our data base, please go to your account and in settings you'll see delete account . If you're still having issues please email info@wooapp.uk to permanently remove your profile and account and a confirmation will be sent once complete.
